| 2000 | First discussions about building our own facilities, search for suitable land started |
| 2001-2003 | Several areas suggested, negotiations on the purchase of land |
| 2004 | Locale selected, land purchased, object study approved. Idea to realize the building of the Heat Pump Center, where it would be possible to measure and monitor different physical values on different primary heat resources during the heat pump operation. |
| 2005 | Municipal decision received |
| 2006 | Change of municipal decision discussed, request for building license delivered |
| 12/2006 | Building license received for the facilities and the center |
| 01/2007 | Building started – groundwork done and subsequently 56 pile foundations |
| 03/2007 | Building started – groundwork done and subsequently 56 pile foundations |
| 04/2007 | Concreting works at the administrative building started |

| 06/2007 | Concrete shell of the administrative building finished |
| 07/2007 | Walling up of external cladding and dividing brick structures  |
| 08/2007 | Walls and roof of the storage building finished, work in progress on the administrative part. |
