Quality securing
VESKOM, spol. s r.o. earned the certificates for quality ISO 9001, environment ISO 14001 and for safety and health protection at work OHSAS 18001.
In December 2003, VESKOM, spol. s r.o. went through successful re-certification for the new ISO9001:2001 standard and also received the certificate ISO14001:2004. The great effort to also integrate the requirements of the OHSAS 18001:1999 specification (safety and health protection at work) into the system was culminated in 2006, when the company also received a certificate for this area. The certification of the whole integrated system was carried out by TRITON Cert.
POLICIES OF THE INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM
VESKOM, spol. s r.o.’s main goal is to increase the satisfaction of its customers, raise the quality of the services provided, constantly reduce its effect on the environment, to preventively protect the environment during all activities of the company and to behave in accordance with the rules of safety and health protection at work.
VESKOM, spol. s r.o. is constantly on the lookout for innovations and new tools as well as the newest technologies and procedures in the energy fields of compressors, cooling and heating.
In the activities of our compressors division, the company wants to keep and strengthen its position among the top five firms in this branch in regards to techniques and quality, which is the responsibility of each employee in our company.
In the activities of the heat pump division, our company wants to be the largest supplier of heat pumps in the Czech Republic in number of installations and the best supplier in the quality of installations, which is the responsibility of each employee in our company.
The mission of our company is also to have an ecological impact on our customers, i.e. to prefer the most energetic and ecological solutions in promotion, education and the offering of machines to be delivered.
The company is only as good as the quality and professionalism of its employees. Therefore, VESKOM, spol. s r.o. provides ongoing qualification improvement for all its employees in the form of specialized trainings (technical, language, computer, environmental etc.).
Suppliers and external associates are also included in the general system of quality, environment and work safety. We require proof of high product and service quality, minimal negative effects to the environment and observance of the rules of health protection at work.
The company’s management is personally responsible for observance of all the valid laws, regulations and standards and the requirements of interested parties by Veskom, spol. s r. o. and for their attempts to increase the effectiveness of the integrated management system.
In the field of the environment, Veskom, spol. s r. o. places emphasis above all on pollution prevention. All the possible negative effects from manipulation, using and disposal of products delivered by Veskom are anticipated and eliminated, if possible. The employees and customers are informed about them.
In the area of health protection at work, we are obliged to observe the regulations in accordance with the OHSAS 18001 specification and the valid legislation of the Czech Republic, especially the labor code.
This policy of quality and EMS is binding for all the employees of VESKOM, spol. s r.o. and it is effective as of the date of declaration. This policy is available for employees, customers and other interested parties on the web site of the company.
