The heat regenerated adsorption air dryers in the DryXtreme – NST range treat large volumes of compressed air as the air flow of treated air necessary for regeneration is minimal. The dew point of- 40 °C allows accurate and efficient operation in many critical applications such as the chemical-pharmaceutical, food, electronic, automotive industries or in external, low temperature installations. The NC dryers are made up from two painted carbon steel vessels, both filled with absorbent material (activated alumina). The compressed air is dried alternately by the 2 towers, which are regenerated through combination of the heat emitted by a heater inside each vessel and a minimum flow rate of dry air.

NC DryXtreme adsorption dryers offer dew points from - 40°C, and allow precise and efficient operation in several critical applications such as the chemical-pharmaceutical, food, electronics and automotive industry or in low temperature outdoor installations. 

The NC dryers consist of two tanks in painted carbon steel, each of which is filled with adsorbent material (exclusive adsorbent activated alumina/molecular sieve mix). The compressed air is dried alternatively by 2 columns which are regenerated by a minimal part of the air that has already been treated when the adsorbent material becomes saturated with moisture.

The compressed air used for industrial applications contains high levels of impurities and condensate, the removal of which is of primary importance as it is a cause of rust and deposits in the air  processing system and in the pipe system. The PureSep - MS condensate separators represent a very effective solution for this type of problem as they remove much of the liquid condensate present in the compressed air system. The MS separators are constituted by a flanged body in carbon steel containing a centrifugal element characterised by very high nominal separation efficiency and very low load losses.
