Condensate, oil and other impurities present in compressed air systems can cause serious damage if they are not properly removed. These impurities are separated from the compressed air at various points in the system; the purpose of the condensate discharger is to remove them to ensure high quality processing of the compressed air. The CE/CDE LiquiPro capacitive electronic condensate dischargers allow the controlled discharge of condensate, removing any loss of compressed air. A careful selection of materials and a precise design allow easy installation and provide years of smooth operation even in extreme conditions.
The compressed air used for industrial applications contains high levels of impurities and condensate, the removal of which is of primary importance as it is a cause of rust and deposits in the air processing system and in the pipe system. The PureSep - MS condensate separators represent a very effective solution for this type of problem as they remove much of the liquid condensate present in the compressed air system. The MS separators are constituted by a flanged body in carbon steel containing a centrifugal element characterised by very high nominal separation efficiency and very low load losses.
