Our service department accepts service orders for heat pumps via web form or by e-mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone on week days from 7:30 to 15:00 h.

All delivered machines are supervised by our service department during warranty and after-warranty periods.
The customer has the possibility to conclude a service contract, which brings him interesting benefits. Our service department has trained technicians, a fully equipped workshop with all technical background and a stock of spare parts.
