Our service department accepts service orders for chillers via web form or by e-mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone on week days from 7:30 to 15:00 h.

We provide warranty service, customer service, regular periodic inspections and also repairs and overhauls.
All delivered equipment is supervised by our service department during warranty and after-warranty periods. The customer can conclude a service contract, that gives him interesting benefits. Our service department has trained technicians, a fully equipped workshop with all technical background and stock of spare parts. To improve the quality of our service, we also run a rental shop of compressors and water chillers.
